Who or what was your favorite character in diabloII?

My fav character has got to be the mighty Barabarions good anouth to destroy and knock the head off praticly anything if you get him to a high anouth level!!!!!!!!!!

i dunno i suppose mine would be barbarain aswell but to be honest i prefer the sorceress expect the new way that spells are sorted out sucks i prefer the origional find and book and read it technique

Yea i think in the first diablo the wizards or what ever they calle dthem were the best class to be they kicked many buts!!!!!!

yeh i kno tho i was a fighter but my m8 with one fire ball could kill me cos he did it a few times ^.^ but i just prefer the 1st 1 in general cos it was just a walk and kill game which actually didnt get boring

im with keith necromancers and druids are the funnest classes in my opinion since there powers are so radically different than the others its kind of the way to stand out from just hack and slash, no offence sacred

Wow, I can literally see the cobwebs on this thread.
The assassin just makes me happy. She is so elegant, and slices and dices like some kind of deadly Saladshooter.
The sorceress is lazy and is very frustrating till she becomes powerfull.
The barbarian either does really well or he really sucks, there' s no middle ground for him.

*shrugs* Well for me...they're all good...but I mostly prefer the Necromancer,since in 1.10 they'll be deadly again, plus: they just look cool too. My very close second though has got to be the Assassin, the weapons, the skills, and the look just make 'em so cool!

If i say like this i prefer the druid or the Sorceres both of them are very good in my opinion but you need to do them right. And i must say Paladins dont suck, have you ever played as one? And if, did you lvl him right? Lvl a Palading right and you have a guy with so high resictance that he wont bugde if he gets hit by a hundred spells! But then when you come to raw power and close combat i have only one word...Thorns Aoura do you know how mutch that thing hurts on high lvl?

Id have to say sorcs... i like zons... but there are to many of them. Ok, all i have to say about palidins, is that they do suck, but only when they are low levels, you get a high leveld one, and they kick ass, espically with the Thorns Aoura, Baal pretty much kills himself.

That is so right i can hold to that they suck at the begining, and to many holds to their Charms etc so they forget that the character sucks, so when they throw the charms away their character gets a hell lot worse then it was before :p! Oh well im still sticking to the Sorc!

Well i'd have to say barbs are pretty good but if i dont have my necromancer i die.I love using his golems and abilities because the necro is the most challange i've ever had.

i would have to say my fave would be assassins and necromancers. most likely because my fave weps are the punch dags and scythe. i just love secracy and well death.

To all you Necro-haters....

It because of Necromancers like us that those hoards of enemies die so easily by your modified blades and such. With us cursing them, and sending in our own troups, destroying them is alot harder. It's not them that are bad, it's you that arn't patient. After you get at a high enough level, you can find some Tang Oul armor and kick ass with +2 all Necro skills and get other amulets and such that raise all your skills even more. After you get what you need, kicking the asses of your opponents is easy.

The only setback is that Necros are party characters, a one Necromancer is alot harder then playing with a large group of people.

Eh, I had a 76 necro, they are pretty good solo too, if you know how to build them, but My FAVORITE? I dunno it would have to be between my Magic find amazon or my Pk sorc.
My magic find zon had bruiza (Uber X-bow) and around... 450-600 MF on her at all times, level 23 or somthing like that Split arrow, and guided shot. She didnt need anyone to stay alive. And she was COMPLETELY legit, like all my charatcers.
My Sorc on the other hand, Was ... 80 when I quit playing d2 about 4 months ago. She Was al focused in the lightning skill tree, and with all her items her nova was around level 30. Now you may think nova is a craptastical low level skill, but when you have about 120% faster cast rate, and you can click your mouse like a madman, it can kill anything almost instantly. You can get around pk zons with guided arrows by just teleporting around.. well you can get away from anything that way, so there was really no way to hit her unless you got lucky or caught me off guard. Tele, zap, watch you die. She also had about 15-20 % damage reduction, and 85% damage taken goes to mana, and when that much damage goes to mana, and 20th level warmth it takes a very long time for anyone to kill you, even a high level barb in melee.

Curses? I dont need no stinkin curses!

Oh duh, I forgot to say, the Sorc was more fun, but the zon got me loot. In the end, Id rather play the sorc though, so she wins.

I liked Amazon till 1.10 came out theve made them suck, Now i'd have to say that I like palidins. But I'd have to say that the druid is litterly GAY. Half his elemtal skills cant kill fallen(tornado) they might get you through normal and maby nightmare but not hell. The druid would be good if fury ias stacked from other items, but only weapon ias counts, Imagine if you could have a high dmg axe etc, fury, hear ot a wolverine and wearwolf, ud pwn so good. BUT YOU CANT SO ITS COMPLETELY USELESS, thankz blizz for fudgen this char over, THANK YOU!

Overall If: humping Warewolfs,Bears, Birds, other peoples legs, strgane vines that eat dead things and floating "spirts" is your thing then you want a druid.

Buy the way, does anyone else think warriv is EVIL!
