Favorite race is easily Bretons... Just couldn't resist the powergaming possibilites of a breton with Atronach birthsign.

Also the 50% magic resistance is enough for the use of boots of blinding speed. Ah, no more slow travelling around...

Personally it's a tos up for me between the Orcs and the Imperialists... of cvourse the Imperials weren't a choice so I had to vote Orcs. Same thing as Yayo though.... it depends on the class.

1. "cat race" = khajiit
2. "elv" is elf
3. high elf = altimer
4.dark elf = dunmer
5.wood elf = bosmer frost elf = falmer

and incase no one seemed to notice TES:IV Oblivion is the next game, another thing just incase any of you were wondering is the most dangerouse dude in the game is a toss up between divaith fyr or umbra, wulf is good too but he has crap equipment.

you use a slow fall spell or scroll or right before you hit the ground sleep

Umbra is easy. Good sword, too. Then again I used a slightly cheap method of getting permanent levitate and water breathing. Makes every melee warrior in the game a snap to kill, and most mages aren't too hard either. I use Umbra now myself, in fact =D

My favorite race is Breton but they're not up there. Like Skidi Said, a Breton with Atronach pwnz

Okay, guys, all your spelling is ending up really bad

Heres the thanatos5150 spin on things.

Double up your abilties... take a Redguard Acrobat under the Shadow sign.

for example: take your newfound Redguard buddy and arm him with a claymore-type weapon or dai-katana.

Since you have adreniline rush and moonshadow, hotkey those, along with your calymore and maybe a bow and some arrows.

beat up on small things, not being afraid to rest to restore your once per day powers. Use adreniline rush for an added kick in a fight, and moonshadow for critical hits or to run away. a few non-class skill you are gonn have to train are security and long blade, but thatll all come in time. It not about race or class, its about the players skill to think react and mazimize powers.

mind you, moonshadow become pretty useless once you get the ring of khajit... adreniline rush never goes out of style, and its hard to remeber what you stole from who... but it can be done.

I like making Dark Elves, personally. They get some really good stats, and I often make them into All-Arounders, which I like to call Adventurers. They make the best all-around characters, even better than Imperials IMO. But the best fighters are Orcs and Redguard, thiefs are Wood Elves and Khajiht, and best mages are Brentons(for Divination, Alchemy, etc.) and Dark Elves(Destruction Magic).

Personally, I like Darkelf battelmage or theif, Kajiht theif or mage, and woodelf archer or theif....you can guess the class...

I don't like orcs, they are too hard to get good with. I like the fast type and orcs aren't fast, they just bash stuff, what is the fun in that, any way, how do you get the ring of khajit.
