5th level characters to start, pretty much anything goes as long as its in character. we are on the planet SKETHOR looking for an extremely powerful sword( KENALIR, bane of fiends and royal artifact) to defeat the armies of Evil. Everything in the players handbook, Psionics, and anything else you would like, just send me the info on the race, class, feat, etc...

its going to be in the game threads,, not on another site with a dice roller or anything??
is it gonna be D&D 3rd edition??, i have a few books ( ie. Defenders of the faith , masters of the wild ) which have such new feats and spells..
and if we are playing i would like to hold the position for a human ranger, i have a concept i have been wanting to play out.

and i dont know how this usually works, but do we need to roll out all sorts of stats if its all gonna be RP,,
and is it still gonna be turn based like the table top ?

could you give us a basic "character sheet" that we need to fill in before we get started..

I agree with Proteus, which edition are we going to use? That way we at least know the limitations of our characters

3rd edition. The standard character sheet in the back of the players handbook. As for how we are going to play and roll dice i dont know cause I've never done this online and such if anyone has any suggestions I am very open to them. roll out ability scores with 5d6 minus the two lowest dice for each of the six. you may start with one masterwork item and 700 goldpieces of equipment etc... any race, class, feats just give me the info to confirm.

I've ran 3E online, it didn't work out too well with dice, especially if people aren't that active, because you have to wait for the dice's roll to do your actions.

Just a note that 5d6 drop two lowest is going to give really high stats.

Sounds interesting. I am playing D&D 3rd Ed for some time now and it could be cool to try this online. What about race/class restrictions?

none just 5th level humanoid. Any class you have info on i just need a copy to integrate it into the campaign.
You are more than welcome to join. This could just keep expanding as more people add info.
