The best game ever made...I bought my copy yesterday and had to force myself to get my hands off the controller. Not only does it have the best CG anime yet but it completely changes gaming and what it is today!!! I don't know about you guys but I think this is the best FF game yet and squaresoft is going to have to do some serioius work to beat thereselfs in FFXII. Who ever doesn't have it better get out of there seats and go look for a copy until they find one. If not it should be a long night...because your missing the best game ever made!

DO YOU THINK THE NEW MENU SYSTEM A BIG HIT OR A HUGE LETDOWN?
personally i dont like the fact that when you are shoping in the wepons menu the scren dosent display which wepons ou alredy have, only what you have curently equiped. That is the only fault i have discovered. state your opinion.

Bah I kinda think FF is falling apart... They went really good till ff7 then seemed to slack down... I think that FF is losing all the good stuff... I rather have old good stuff then new good stuff.
ODIN was in every Final Fantasy....but....hes gone now...:(
I think ff 10 is the best. I got it on christmas, I havn't got into it really though, I'v been playing tales of destiny 2 that is a cool game and so isn't jade coccoon 2.

i like that they are changing alot of stuff. The whole Final fanasy thing is based on being he same and being differn't at the same time. Thats why people are seperated on the best final fantasy. Because they all have their own coolness. Sure Odin is may be gone but he'll be back. The card game was changed to blitzball. And as long as you get the "Final fantasy feel" when your playing it, it will still be a final fantasy....THE BEST SERIES OF ALL TIME!

I am almost finished with the game i am at the far plains.and what ever grevences i had at the begining of the game are gone now.
And has any body but me seen bahamute's suming it sucks @$$
ff8 was way better. but on ff8 you couldent controle the atacks so i guess it evens out.
and yes, decontain there is a cid and he drives a air ship.i dont want to spoil it for you but he is father of one of your party members there is even a bigs and wedge if you like you can even get them on your blits ball team
and flaming_gyru i like your styal ass long as its final fantisy in loyal

Yeah, It's like climbing a mountain and ff7 being the peak and the rest goes downhill. I guess FFX is the next mountain. Going up!:)
I'v came to a conclusion. Everyone ike 10 because of the system changs. Look, 7 was the first one for psx and everyoneloved that one, now 10 is the first for ps2 and everyone oves that one, i have the game and i think it kicks major ASS!

some of my favorite things about the game is the battle system, the ability to change characters even in battle, the summons that fight in the same way as party members, and I do like the whole story also... it is one of my all time favs now.... it kicks major ass!

I love Blitz Ball!! I use to really suck at it, till I finally got the hang of it, now I win every tournament that I enter my team in.

What's it like?
Well you get this funny looking blue ball thing and you like toss it around under water. There is this big circle shaped thing of water and you play in it. The cool thing about 10 is, you can still give people names and the people talk still.

Hmm...Never played either, and about Blitz ball being slow. Its only slow because your characters are probably as low levels, mine are at really high levels and their speed is really high so the game moves along swiftly.

Even I have played it, and I have never played a FF game before. Anyway, its pretty cool, but im kinda getting tired of all the dialoge and cut scenes.

Do you guys want to here some f't up crap, i bought the ffx stragidy guid on release date right, and was recently reading it and left it in my car un atended to. some wone then proceded to break into my car and steel the stragady guid, they dident take anything else just the stragady guid. what is the world coming to?

Whats this's bosses weakness? How do I solve this puzzle? Whats happening next? and whatever...always useing it 4 everything! that just ruins the game... Then he keeps givin stuff away to me thats happening later in the game..Its annoying...

I use a strategy guide only after I have finished the game once. I'm a pack rat and I HAVE TO PLAY A GAME AND GET EVERYTHING THE SECOND TIME AROUND. So I use a guide.
But damn the bastard. He stole a guide. Personally I would have went a step higher... like a car... or a wallet.
Yeah...Its Okay 2 use it after beating in the 1st time...

Yea its been a while since i posted. But in any event Im back.
guess what i beet FFX. I origonallyt dicided to do all that was possible the first time around, [/BUT] that dident happen.
I beat the game after getting all sumons,10 of all monsters,beatin all monsters in battle arena (almost) [/all party members with maxed sphere grid],all hiden areas, 20 million gill, and 225 hours. What a game!!!!!!!!!
the only reason i didn't do all that was possible is becuse i got bored (but it took a long time).
I still have my saved game and i plan to go back and finish all that is possible. But for now im satisified.

stragedy guids arnt for loosers they are for people who want to every thing possible in a game. but its my opnion that you shoudnt use one untill you have already beaten the game once.
and tried to fing all secrets.

FFIII still reigns, best game ever!!!
No cards in FF10, and the levelling up system is too weird classics are the best.
And why is everyone so mean in the game?
And did anyone else notice how the expressions aren't all they were supposed to be?
Anyway, I liked the game, it's great, maybe even one of my favourite, but nuthin beats a classic RPG. FFIII is almost impossible to find everything, I know that in FFX, it may be like that too, but the strategy guide is buyable, anyone know where to buy an official FFII guide?
yeah they are, the only rpg strategy guide that i have is for suikoden 1 and 2, i wanted to get all of the hidden characters, that's the only other reason, but other than that

That is soo what do!!!! I just beat FFX about a month ago and now I just bought the strategy guide like last weekend. It's always nice to kick ass the second time around through the game huh!? Anyways! I loved FFX! And I dont think I have not liked any of them I have played.....they're all awesome!

Strategy guides are for amatures who can't use thier own minds to figure out the complex sequences in game such as one of the Final Fantasys......basically I'm saying "strategy guides" are use by a gamer with the brain compacity equal to that of a knee-cap...............:extra10:

FFX is one of the best final fantasies out there. 7 9 6 4 are other good ones they need to make remixed versions for ps2

Strategy guides are for weaklings whom can't take the time to play the old fashioned way, and whom wanna speed through a game....that's weak man. I thought 10 was great but it's not the best of the series...I agree with Ks on the fact that all mini games are evil. Blitzball sucks....I can't play it. The cards weren't that great, and Odin will be back, im fixing to complain to square about that. {lol.....} let's see what else....Oh yea favorite aeon is either bahamut, knights of the round, neo bahamut or doomtrain. Shiva rocks too, shes hot for an aeon. FF9 was awesome {can't remember who said it sucked, but their wrong. And Hiroman or whatever I forgot your name, master of lunar, are you aware you have a pic of nall and alex off 1 when your name is Hiroman Hiro was on 2. Thats it for now....:D

Final Fantasy X was a geat game. I'm stuck at the OVERDIVE SIN and I can't beat him. He always kill me when he has 1 HP left.

i posted a last message on a different subject but...this goes along with it! this game was the best game i ever played no matter how you cut it...but the ending was to true for me to handle.:extra3: ... well first off tidus and yuna should have been together... but it shows how real this game really was. i just wanted to cry after this game and cry....oh ya by the way this is my boyfriends name lol....but anyways.... this was so sad. at first i wanted to just be sad ... then i was angry.....then i was happy... now im confused. this game was sooo long and you get attached to it! then when it just ends like that...you fell so bad! i really loved this games graphics and everything and for people who haven't seen this game, its the best one i ever played! :extra7:

I only use a guide if I need help to beat the object I am stuck on. You now what you sould do the the guy that stole your guide. Hide in the back of his car. Dressed in a coat with a double sided axe. Wait tell your out in the middle of now were. Slowly rise out of the back. Then you strike. Just like in UBAN LEAGEND
yeah, seems like i always suck the first time through teh game, then i buy the guide and find out how much i missed the second time, except i'm getting the walkthrughs for arc the lad when it comes out, because they'll be worth something in a few years, look at the lunar 1 adn 2 walkthroughs, about 30 bucks each

doubt it, square would have a hard time writing a story line not involving a love story having to do with the main character, well not just square, game companies in general usually base some if not most of the story line of the game around the main characters love story.
But I agree they need to do away with the love story in at least one FF, well I guess you could say 5 didn't have much of a love story, either did tactics or mq *shrug* but the resent ff titles have been set around love stories, hopefully FFXII will be a change from that....

Look how big of a suprise X was and XI is....
They are just trying different things nowadays.....im glad though, I like to see change every now and then.....but, my fav's have gotta be the old school, even though the new stuff rocks......

What the HELL kinda' ending was that? Although, I am kinda' glad Yuna and Tidus didn't make it 'together' like the other recent FF's. But still---they coulda' made it more of a dramatic ending.

I beat the whole game and it would of been alot better if it had one of the Odin side quest mission and the cool character...especially cuz u could finght with him, and thats probly why the took it out, but it still would of been raw

Yeah, if you can't get past the game your self, seek some help, but if you buy a stratagy guide, then YOU don't rally get past the game, all you do is press buttons, and don't just buy it for a few tips, bcause as it says in the game "those that have power, use it"
