Simple question, favored RACE, you can have more than one dependant on class, you can put them both. Feel free to do what ever you want in this thread, as long as it pertains to a favored D&D race.

I would have to say mine is drow. Always has been and always will be. Now, if your going to be a wizard, I have to go with a straight up human, the extra feat and skill points come in real handy. If you going to play something that you want to have a lot of backing power, I have to go with the dhampir first, vampire second, lycanthrope last. And if you have the option to play something epic, go with the druid and take as many as the shaping feat things as you can. Being able to turn into a Great wyrm Red dragon on command as a free action, now that just rocks.

Hey, um ... You forgot halflings. Personally - if I had to choose one of those (from the PHB) it would be a halfling - Tallfellow. But my personally favored race is a pixie followed by a centaur.

halflings are cool for a few things- cannon fodder, and emergency trail rations...I felt they didnt deserve to be up there

I'd go for the intelligence and resourcefulness of a human sorceror.

If it were a hand to hand, classless battle, it would be a clear win for either the drow (most obvious) or the half-orc (with an uncanny amount of luck).

I have a rather obvious problem with dragons: almost no DM could truly play out the intelligence of a dragon. The best roleplaying is when a set of good roleplayers each give their characters intelligence no higher than that of the player. When a character is more intelligent that it's player, the extra intelligence just gives them a better chance when intelligence affects dice rolls, and is therfore highly unrealistic.

a human soceror is power full but if he gets hit hes down
no armor weak weapons powerfull spells.
not my preferance

the drow would most denfinately win hand to hand, not to mention it has its own usefull spells

you just have to be a good actor. if you charater is stupid, act stupid, and if youre charater is smarter than you you must merely act the part and let the dm fill in you missing holes of wisdom

Unless, of course, the DM doesn't have the requisite intelligence either.

I personally always liked half-elves. They don't have all the advantages that systems give elves, but they have some of their mystique.
