Hi,

I play Version 2 and i am about to start up a new fighter with my friends, the question is, how? I want him to be able to inflict incredible ampunts of damage , and able to attack quickly..how should i go abouts doing so? What should his starting bonus go into? thanks!

Do you mean 2nd edition, or 3.5?

Oh..hm. I have no idea then. Played very little 2nd ed. If it was 3rd I could help ya out...sorry.

well, im guessing they have some things that are the same, so you should try to have 20 strength, 20 dex. You will be unstoppable. I knew a level 8 fighter who was taking down dragons, and beating level 19 guys! of course, he had mithril chainmail.............

Nah, from what I remember...you can totally tweak out 2nd Ed. and get insane stats starting out. It's tough to compare the two.
