alright, psionics is the art of tapping the minds potential. a psionic character is blessed with a form of innate ability that enables him or her to use the mental power to achieve goals or to perform task that nonpsionic charcters can only accomplish.

your characters mind is an infinite metaphorical plane, on which all things are possible.

the rest you should get the book for. i do not fell like typing all day, sorry.
