Uploading a old character on a new account

Ok....I got one of my old characters off and old account i had. I made sure he was gone off battle.net and changed the name. I planed on making a new account with him on it, but i dont know how to upload it!


Basicly....

I NEED HELP UPLOADING AN OLD CHARACTER ONTO A NEW ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
