Huzzah for Orlando!
...and Go Knights!
Anyways, J-man, I need to ask you to provide some kind of details, or I will need to move this to the mentors connection. Are you new to MMORPGs, or RPing online in writing forums, or what?

Since I dont know much, Ill ask for him. There arent many pen And Paper Rpg players where I live, and when there are people........mmm. Think about that player that rerolls his character 47 times, or the character that demands that he should be able to do something.even worse, why cant I start with a +3 Vorporal bastard Sword?
Anyways, are there clients out there that gives you something you can use for online play. Like a chatroom with dice? And maybe some kind of board to draw on or post maps on? Thank you

So far this is the best chat style rpg site I've come across. Its based on the D20 Scarredlands setting (an alternative to the other standard D&D worlds) with full book rules, character sheets, and DM's. There are some specific diferances, so you'll need to do some reading, but the rules are the same. You can also access this, Ravenloft (since S&S has the rights to that now and produce the D&D books), and a simple 3rd Ed chat site here:
