Mine is the act 2 holy freeze merc, better tanks with the slow

The Barbarian in Act V. Give them the right sword, and the right armor, they ere invicible. Especially if any of their items have "Cannot Be Frozen" on them. Of course, my amazon just prefers her valkyrie.
