Sotha Sil ?

Is there any way to find Sotha Sil? I've looked but cannot find him and all the info I've been able to gain is that he lives in Clockwork City. Wherever that is.

After you finish all the quests given to you by Amelexia's priests and the king of mournhold (I forget his name) you'll get some quests from Amelexia. Your final quest from her will be an assasination of Sotha Sil, and Amelexia will teleport you there.

yeah, you can kill vivec easily when u use console to max your stats, other than that, there is no easy way.
