ive always loved sonic, and this game really kiks ass. shadows tight, knuckles has always been tight, and sonic is the classic, he beats all. though thats just now that he got new shoes. his new sneaks are tight, his old ones sucked.

No not that I can see in what I've played, but I haven't gotten all the medals.

Ive played it. It was a pretty fun game. I don't know if you can get Golden Sonic. I know you can play as Metal Sonic in the multiplayer, but thats all I know.

Metal Sonic is the BOMB!!! In multiplayer he kicks all a**. He doesn't have any specials, but his speed blows everyone away.

the saiyan(practically) sonic and shadow are pretty cool. my friend id in a frenzy cuz he cant play as them.

i really dont care if i cant play as them. The chao "minigame"(of sorts) is really cool. its so deep from what ive played so far.

Acualy, I read in a game guid that you can play as Super Sonic or Shadow. If I remember right, they fight each other in their super forms in a secret boss stage. I think you have to have all the medals to get to it though.

Well I only rented it so I only had time to beat it and get like 40 something medals

Actually, when you beat the game with both sides, "The end?" opens up, and you can be all the characters in that stage. If you don't beat both sides, then you will face the opposing character (sonic=shadow and vice versa).

If you get all the emblems (emblems, people, not medals) you get to play a 3D version of a stage from Sonic the Hedgehog for Sega Genisis.

The game has awesome replay value, and I really like the chao. But, the characters are really lame, and he graphics really aren't awesome, and it's pretty easy... Easy to beat the game, that is, but it's not at all easy to get all of the emblems. Also, the camera in that game is a whole lot worse than Mario 64's and I had thought that Mario 64's was the bottom of the pit, but Sega must've dug even deeper.

UR right sorry. I went over to a friends house and he has gotten all the emblems, and so he has them. They are kool, but I thought they would go the same speed as MS, but he still blows them away.

i love this game, me and a friend were playing it for like 4 hours yesterday, it's such a cool game, i love th battle 2 player part adn the level when you ride the snowboard

One thing though, Im not sure if this has been said yet, but did some of you people just not like the shooter levels (Tails and Eggman{btw, hate that name, I liked Robotnik better})

Hmm, well, the levels in SA2:B are completely boring. Most are a blob of randomly placed platforms. I mean, what kind of Military Base is that? Why is the Space Colony so odd? It doesn't seem like it could support ANY kind of life.

Also, the characters, like I said before, or so, SO lame!

Also, the nicknames that the characters call each other are lame too. I mean, Fox Boy? Bat Girl? Eggman? Knucklhead?

And, the plot lacks. It's just a slight upgrade of the original.

I hate the name EGGMAN. What happened to Robotnik? Or Julian?

It isn't hard. I like racing with MS in 2player even if I know that Shadow is better. MS is still faster, even though he doesn't have any specials.

I don't dislike the game itself, I spent over 80 hours playing it, but some of the aspects of the game lack..

See above answer. Also, I didn't buy it. I won it in a contest, and there weren't a better game (in my opinion) to pick. Of course, due to the fact that of the new consoles, I only have access to the GCN, my selection was rather limited.
