Mmmmm... *slurp* Elder Scrolls IV is going to be so damn good - there are so many rumours flying around the internet, but look at the screenshots and play Morrowind and there is no reason NOT to pine for it! Those are my words of wisdom for the day...

About time they came up with a land vehicle of sorts. I was always tired of walking all the way back to Seyda Neen.

It better come out on xbox like dang quick or i will be p'd off. When III came out..i lost a year of my life to it...lol. I got my hands on the manual...that big 'one inch hunk of wood' and ran through almost every quest...didn't want to leave one stone unturned. I must say, i have heard tale of there being a dragon that u have to fight in it. it needs to be branched out just enough to get a few more inticing creatures in there..kinda like the mother of all epic games, Cult of the Wyrm, had done. I imagined that the makers of Morrowind utilized some of the ideas from the Wyrm into their own gaming strategy. On these vehicles...I would presume that it will be nothing more than points that u go to...like the shipyards and the siltrider ports, or the transport chambers..and there will be like a wagon there and once selected, u will just start at whereever it ends its trip at. That is my philosophy behind that. I would lose interest if u could like hop in a dang dune-buggy or something of the sort, and zip along like a dang nascar game. that would make the world too easy and too tameable. I am a fond LOVER of morrowind. Fable sux. I had it, reached like a few quests into it..and then, just threw it aside. Morrowind spoiled me to the real side of xbox world gaming and the limitless possibilities that it can bring to us. Bye, all.

Yeah, I've been following this for a while now too. I'm already planning a massive modification for it inspired by feudal japan. Oblivion looks beautiful, but it looks like everyone's gonna need at least a gig of ram for this bad boy to run. 512 mb of ram for morrowind still produces slightly choppy gameplay.

But yeah, even their fighting system sounds outstanding. It's actually interactive, you block and attack and parry and all that good stuff. I can't wait ^_^

Oh and it's not coming out for xbox, but for xbox 360, the next generation of microsoft console, and it's said to ship for winter 2005 on the console.

Oblivion arrives late this year or early next, same time as the next FF.

The new game revolves around chracter develpment. Your actions affect every aspect of your character. I guess now you'll have to feed yourself too.

This game will blow Elder Scrolls III out of the water! DAMN YOU LONG WALKING ADVENTURES! DAMN YOU!!!! :extra3:

On a constructive note, it seems really good. the graphics have a major overhaul (horrah) and the gameplay seems even more in-depth and hopefully its story will really be non-linear (yeah, menaing that there isn't a main story). I am looking forward to many more sleepless nights now due to tihs game. :wtg:
