*There are many bars in Seattle like Expendables. The drink is passable to good, the food is cheap, and the smoke doesn't sink in the air. Music blares from tinny speakers over a silenced trid, displaying some football game or other. Lonestar's been paid enough not to frequent the place, so a lot more gets sold over the counter than synthed beer.
There's a woman at the bar. She's relatively young, but she's alone. Her hair is shoulder-length, rough-cut and a vibrant shade of red too rich to have come from any bottle. Her grey eyes are on the trid, with no real interest. It's just marginally more distracting than anything else in the bar at the moment. She wears a sleeveless burgundy top, loose black pants and a beat-up black synthleather jacket. A half-empty shotglass rests by the slim fingers of her left hand. On that hand is a tattoo like a spiderweb that runs from her wrist up, the spider itself sitting on the back of her hand as if resting there. As she tilts her head, a silver datajack gleams at her temple.*
