OOC~Advent you can not do that, that is auto-connecting and that is against the rules of fantasy roleplay! But I will make it fair.
"Tsk, Tsk. You are more pathetic than I sensed!" Bliz said as the body that Kiez attacked dissapeared into a small blizzard of snowflakes.
"You are no match for me i am imortal little pup. Besides lord Herrick has granted me the powers to deal with small welps like you." Keiz says in a devient voice with a small chuckel.
"It was an illusion! You are the most pathetic demon I have ever seen. Do you think a moronic attack like that could kill the Blizzard of HELL?!?! If you did you are also the dumbest demon I have ever faced." Bliz said, his voice was projectected everywhere. Not a sigle person would/could know where he was in the tower.
Bliz jumped off the stair case and landed behind Kiez, making no sound what so ever and movements could not be seen from the speed. With a silent chant Bliz set black fire, the hottest flames and the flame that rotted the body that it cut into, on his masumune. Imediatly after the silent chant Bliz slashed at the vampire, figureing that the vampire would do some stupid trick and not try a face to face battle and so made the attacks quick and nearly impossible to dodge if at where the target be. The added length to the masumune, the fire, could stop the oppent dead in its tracks from pain if it hit the opponent. And the speed of the attacks made it hard, extremly hard, for the opponent to make a replacement with elements.
Bliz did not inparticular like fighting vampires. They were one of the lowest of low people to fight. They would do dirt tricks at any moment. And Bliz knew this vampire was the king of them and therefore the lowest of them. Bliz always judged people off because of their race and the enconters with others in there race. And that is one reason why he liked the meld Kali, all melds were nice and generou people who would only fight if neccisary.
Bliz thought back to the last fight with the shadow demons. He relized he only postponed the demons from being solid again. Bliz then thought to fight he was in, his attacks quickened but did not show his best speed. Bliz sniffed the air and relized herrick did not have complete trust in the vampire king, Herrick sent a shadow demon to watch and to attack Bliz when ever Herrick wanted it to. Knowing that Bliz had a boost of confidence and strength.

(((GAH! the god modding and auto hitting is like a plague!!! why don't you guys actually give eachother a CHANCE to fight back! this isn't making this thread any fun. And you better not try that with me.)))
Bel accepted the orb willingly into himself, feeling the power surge through him, he laughed aloud as he raised his hands upward, and orbs of blackness sprouted in his hands. Now is my chance to prove I diserve much more then this! I will crush that fool of a demon, and everyone else he's allied with. Then I will prove that Lord Herrick no longer needs Keiz around, lurking in the shadows.
Bel looked up at Lord Herrick when he mounted himself of his throne. "I would never do such a thing as to anger you M'lord. I shall wait here as you command, just in case the scum manages to get by Keiz. But that doesn't seem rather likely." His eyes burned like fireballs as he began to test out his new powers. The black orbs reappeared and he began to toss them from hand to hand. Catching them both and clapping his hands together to make a large shadow axe form between them."Ooooooh this will do SO nicely." He said his ever growing smile covered his face. "With these I'm going to show those scum the meaning of pain."
He raised his hands apove him and he began to slowly melt into shadow. As his hulking form began to mould into the ground is darted outward from the throne room and outside the locked double doors. He sprouded up from the floor and looked around and down the stairway, the sounds of battle coming from down below. Maybe at least eight or nine levels down. Bels laughter could be heard from within the throne room as he waited for whomever to come up the stairs.

Keiz twirled the melasma blades behind his back and deflected the blow of Bliz sword. "Is that all you've got." Keiz said with chuckel. With a quick spin Keiz slashed one sword straight up the wolf demons chest, and one across his knees. With blinding speed Keiz appeard beside the wolf demon and took to slashes towards his arms. Then Keiz materializes behind the wolf demon and sends four lightening fast slashes into the his back. Finally Keiz appeared on the other side of the wolf demon and slashes three times into the wolf demons thigh. Done with presission and unmatchable speed not all the blows could be blocked. The malasma would make the wounds rot away, and would destroy the demons will to fight. Appearing in front of the demon Keiz jams his blades into the wall. Blades materialize from the wall floor and extending from the floor to the ceiling, ceiling to floor and from wall to wall.
Letting go of the the blades Keiz slams a glowing black fist into the floor and black lightening bursts from the ground in front and behind Bliz both come crashing in on him consuming the whole stair case. leaving him no exit trapped in the blades, any move would cause him to cut him self more on the blades. Keiz stood up and watched the wolf demon would meet his demise. Right here right now, or he would be to wounded to fight back and could be tortured to death by lord Herrick.

((Good point Edwind, and hte next person who does any of it, I kill. Of course if you can figure out how to escape from a stairwell filled with blades in every single known direction, be my guest Arith)
Not going to happen. The Shadow Demons lunged, splitting in half. Six of them Leapt upon the Pheonix birds and turned them to ash again. Evin sat up on the ground where he'd calapsed to wintness this, and watched them literly double in size. "Caldur STOP! They're getting stronger each time you bring those back, and we can't move fast enough to get out of here before they get to them!" He struggled to get to his feet before having to calapse to avoid one of the shadow demons. One drain was enough, he didn't need a second round of it.
They didn't care how he felt however. No sooner had they finished with the Pheonix birds, did they sweep around and complete a single waive attack through the entire party, whiping every single one of energy, and drawing every single one to the black abbyss.
Herrick waived his hand from his throne to investigate the situation with the rest of Kali's friends. A satisified smirk rolled onto his face at the sight of the scene. With a final waive of his hand, he called in several demons. "Grab a few others and pick up our friends the shadows took out, and lock them up in the dungeons, seperate for each one, several cells apart." The demons bowed and left to obey.

Some of Bliz's past moves had hit, the blade control was better than that of the vampires, so they past moves had to have hit, at least a few."Still this is sad work." Bliz siad as he dodge most of the attacks. But a few hit him, though he moved his body out of the way the just scimmed him enough to bleed.
Bliz stopped his cuts from rotting with his blood control and allowed himself to bleed. Bliz saw the blades around him slowly. Bliz concentrated on the blood and created a ball around him with the blood crystalized it, meanwhile the blades were appearing everywhere. Bliz then thought of fire and created a bubble of fire outside of the blood bubble and heated it up to a point that it would melt down in metal in a matter of seconds. While still concentrating on the blood and fire bubbles Bliz allow his power over air to cirlce his body allow him fresh, breatheable air.
Bliz shut his eyes for the best concentration and waited a few moments for the blades to hit. The blades went through the flames but while they were attempting to break through the blood they began to melt. And though the blood bubble would weaken it would also get stronger because of every drop of blood that Bliz bleed. Bliz was inside the bubbles for about a minute before the ninety percent of the blades were pills of goop on the floor. The remaining blades were at least particially melted
Bliz opened his eyes and the fire bubble deminished. But the blood did not demish, instead itstayed around him for a few seconds as he looked at Kiez, whom was in awe. Bliz shattered the crystalized blood and sent tiny crystalized blood knives everywhere with bliz's body the center where they left. The blood could go through several sheets of metal for it was stronger and could not be broken down like metal or melt. Only those whom have control over blood could stop the fragements. And Bliz was the only person who had that power, because his father had just harneced the power and was the inventer of the power before Bliz was taught. And Bliz was the only student of the magic before his father was killed.
Bliz figured the vampire god had atleast a few wounds, it would be impossible to be unharmed, though the wounds could be minor as though they were papercuts. It was nearly impossible, but possible,to dodge the attacks unless someone did a sheild gaurd like Bliz had done. The blood was traveling faster than any being could stop with out control over them or a bubble shield like Bliz's, and few of those could stop that attack. Even if the vamp turned into bats, or was rematerializing in places he was not fast enough for dodgeing the attack. The shards would pass through several buildings before they would begin to feel the tull of gravity.
Bliz only redirected the shards from Tarin, and they were only inches. Bliz felt as though he was born anew from the attack/bubble block. Though he used some of his energy Bliz felt as though he had more energy than when he started. Bliz's eyes were glowing brighter and brighter with every passing second, and the brighter they grew the more he felt as though he had more energy. Bliz looked at his hand that gripped his masumune, it bleed from how tight he held it. With the sight of blood from his own grip Bliz smilled and waited for the vamp's move, however feutile it would be.

Tarin had savagely fought with the others when the demons attacked them at the pheonixes, though perhaps unnoticed as he wasn't talking or fighting the shadow demons. Though the demons were easy he got caught up in the rush of blood everywhere and was unable to stop Bel from leaving with Kali. His teeth punctured into the leg of a demon, snapping the bone, as Evin was knocked over and Bliz ran off. Tarin leaped over and bit into the skull of one last demon, brains oozing out beneath his teeth then made his decision.
He would follow Bliz. For one thing he liked Bliz and Kali a lot better than the arrogant sorceror Caldur. For another his mission was to help protect Kali. Third he really wasnt sure how to climb and stay on a Pheonix.
Lifting his nose to the air Tarin sniffed. To him the smells of the wolf demon were like a big strip of bright wet paint acrss the road. It was obvious where he went. Tarin ran out through the streets, his form flickering through the shadows towards the black tower.
Reaching the entrance he passed the dead guards and began to lope up the dimly lit stairs, only to find that his way was blocked by a wall of swords. However this wall was obviously built to keep someone in. All the blades were facing away from him. Building up a running start, Tarin leaped, his shoulder all set to crash through the hole, but then the blades melted. A smalll readjustment and instead Tarin was hurtling towards the vampire's back, hidden by his shadow powers. With the little light and multitudes of swords casting shadows Tarin was almost perfectly invisible. Tarin's leap carried him forward directly towards the vampires back, teeth bared, ready to sink into flesh.

Karix whipped his tears dry and jumped on the back of his phoenix. He patted its soft feathery neck as it lifted it’s self with its strong legs. The bird jumped out of its temporary nest and opened its gigantic wings flapping them and soaring every once in a while. He moved over the battle field looking at all the demons below. They seen him but did not bother to react to him in the sky as he passed over the city and has the phoenix stop in a large tower, perching on it. He swung off the large beast and landed inside of a window and the phoenix took off to parts unknown but obviously near by.
He sat in the tower room hearing suddenly the large ring of the bell above. He was in a church. This was in fact the only place the demons and vampires could not go. The only place that was safe for the people of this city. He looked out the window at the city fires in random places, smoke drifting into the skies, he let more tears shed for these lost people.

Bliz saw Kiez's body hit the floor with Tarin on his back. Bliz looked closely, the vampire king had holes were his heart would be. The holes went through the vampires body and barely missed Tarin. There was about a pint of blood from the murderous holes. The blood shards did there job, and they did it well. Them and the buwolf Tarin did.
"Pathetic. He didn't even get to last to round two. Come on Tarin we are going to the top, if the shadow demon doesn't give us a problem." Bliz said as his eyes slowly died down to a mild glow. After his eyes died down he felt the toll of the magic and the fight, it was a small bit of tiredness and it would get better if he stould still for a few minutes. Bliz placed his left hand over his wounds and sealed them with the blood. Bliz the placed his left hand over his masumune blade, he then crystalized the blood on the dulled blade so it would have a better edge and was stronger.
Bliz Let the tip of his masumune touch the ground as he looked up the stairwell to the top of the tower. It was going to take a while to get to the top, a long time that was going to be made longer from fighting demons. Bliz laughed as he glared up the stairs. He was like a psychopathic killer whose one kill whom he had always wanted to kill was at the top, and his one person who he wanted to kill is Herrick. Bliz knelt down to be at Tarin's eye level. Once Bliz looked at Tarin in the eyes he said, in wolf, "Just so you know you and Kali are the only ones I trust right now. And what trust means in these times are trusting someone with your life. And you have earned it well."
Bliz Ran towards the stairsand then began to dart up them. It had been delayed to him earlier by the pathetic vampir king. Bliz started running at a very wolf like speed knowing Tarin was next to him or close behind. Bliz was running with the energy he gained from standing still and looking, which was done to recooperate energy. As he ran up the stairs Bliz was swinging his masumune around beheading and stabing multiple demons. He figured that the ones he missed or ignored would be easy enough prey for Tarin. As Bliz kept raising up the many stories he felt the demons get tougher, and because they were getting tougher the pace was getting slower. It would take at least a few hours to get to the top, Bliz knew this and hped that Kali would not be killed in that time.

((Sense I'm a stubborn ass and perfectly capable of the next few events, I have successfully forced Advent to return, provided a give his character a bit of an upgrade similar to Edwind's, which speeds up all my diabolical plans nicely. Hehehe, next person to break a rule is going to get the hard end of the stick when I start swinging...))
The very air of the throne room rumbled with Herrick's anger. Kali managed to open her blurred vision just long enough to watch him rise to his feet, and then closed them again against the pain rearing in her head from the impact against the wall. She lay still on the floor, concentrating only on breathing for the moment. She didn't' much care to worry about Herrick's anger issues, provided he didn't take any of it out on her for a while. That little flight through the air earlier was more than enough incentive to keep her mouth shut and her presence little known for the time being.
Still... Why was he angry? What caused him to make the very air tremble beneath his wrath? Had Bliz succeeded where he hadn't meant to? Was he really coming for her? A faint bit of hope reached out to her, But she ignored it. Kali knew better than to trust in hope and faith, it only got you killed when you did.
"Damn bastard, I needed him alive...!" He growled through irritated clenched teeth. "Bel, use whatever force necessary to bring him down, use that shadow demon lingering in the stairs if you have to. I don't care if you kill him or not anymore, just get him out of my hair." With the orders given, Herrick began to Pace the length of the room, trying to think. Keiz had been a strong part of his plans. Without him, the vampires only stayed loyal to him out of fear. If he lost Kali now, they would turn against him, and that would be a blood bath. He needed Keiz's loyalty and hunger for power. Most of all, he needed him for the third leg of the triangle of power that would put the world to it's very knees, for good. He needed him back- he glanced toward Kali, who stirred only slightly, coming to slowly and without any hurry- soon.
He remembered something suddenly. The essence of the Phoenix allowed them to be reborn from their very ashes. If he could get his hands on some of that essence, than he didn't see how he couldn't maneuver doing the very same for Keiz. Grinning in delight, he knew very well where he could retrieve that essence. His eyes closed in mild concentration, and three of the shadow demons that had attacked Kali's friends melted upward from the floor to linger haphazardly in swirling clouds around him. Herrick merely eyed them with the crazed grin of one happily turning his enemy's dead weapon against them. "I need you for the opposite I made you for." The creatures made a sound somewhere in between a screech of protest and a growl of discontent. "Don't worry, I'll repay you afterwords." He assured them truthfully. They raised a second screech, still lingering with discontent, but lined with the ability to go along with their master's plans.
Herrick smiled lightly and strode over to Kali. Kneeling in front of her, he dragged her to a sitting position, lifted a necklace from around his neck, and placed it over her head. It was a pewter cross, broken by a blood red stone that cut through it and broke the power the object usually possessed, and replaced it with a different kind. "Now this my pet, only I can remove from your neck. Anyone else will die a most painful death that will end with the luxurious smell of burnt flesh. This little bit if jewelry here, makes it impossible for you to leave these grounds without me. If I ever bring you away from here, and you leave my side, you will die a most horrible death; same if you try and leave here." He gave her a lovely grin. "Now that we've clarified that, I've a few errands to run. Make sure that any of your friends that manage to get up here understand they can't leave with you, or you will die." He patted the Meld on the top of her head, who flinched away with a deep growl on her face. Herrick smirked and stood to his full height again.
He closed his eyes with that mild concentration again, only this time, his form shifted into one similar to the shadow demons, and he slid down into the floor, followed by the three creatures. He slid into a room and shifted back to his true form moments later. Torches sputtering dim light traced the outline of the room's wall, and provided just enough light for the shadow demons to be content, and Herrick to see where he was going. In the center of the room, he could just make out the silhouette of massive stone raised structure made to hold several grown men in width and length. Chains and the darker pools where dried blood lay, gave way to its history. Tonight however, Herrick didn't plan on killing anyone, he planned on bringing him back.
He called the attention of the Shadow demons and ordered them into formation around the stone altar. Calling a forth, he had it retrieve and bring him the remains of Keiz and layed them against the stone. His smile grew to entranced phyco mania as he drew his hands together and began to chant a strange dialect under his breath, slow at first, than fast and rampant. The three shadow demons began to glow opposite of their true nature, glowing the color of the phoenix essence. The altar and Keiz's remains turned the color of the stone hanging around Kali's neck a level above them. Soon, the two colors began to swirl and mingle together, growing brighter and brighter. Then, a flash echoed through the room, and a body began to form on the stone. The shadows all but disappeared as the form solidified into Keiz's body, and the last of the Phoenix essence forced his heart to pump and lungs to breath. With a satisfied smile, Herrick raised his palm once again, and drew a dark orb same as the one given to Bel just hours before, and stepped forward. Within seconds, he watched the orb fall to Keiz's chest, and sink into his very existence. He waited until the vampire awoke before he spoke. "Your strength be as you see fit, let the orb power you and your mind be your undoing, for it is what binds our power. Forget about thought and be fueled by instinct, that is what it means to be your kind, and now you have the power to risk that life more outwardly."
~~~
Evin's head ached with the throbbing you only get after sprinting down a long hallway on a hot day and without having drank anything sense that morning. Gripping his head, he sat up slowly and slid his eyes open. Four stone wall surrounded him, and the only source of light came from tiny barred window in the iron door in front of him. The cell was barely big enough to hold the sleeping mat he sat on, the meager meal on the floor in front of the door, and the two feet of floor space between the two. Sighing, he slid off the mat and crawled to the plate of food, wondering vaguely if it was poisoned. Eating slowly, he stretched his hearing to it's limits and tried to hear signs of any other life. 'Did anyone else make it?'
~~~
Several cells over Saiak moved in and out of the world of darkness and thought, lingering on the verge of falling prey to the head injury caused by Hezrik his cat companion. The best lay on the floor space, watching the young elf with unblinking eyes.

"Damn bastard, I needed him alive...! Bel, use whatever force necessary to bring him down, use that shadow demon lingering in the stairs if you have to. I don't care if you kill him or not anymore, just get him out of my hair."
Bel grinned and pounded one fist into an open palm, craking several knuckles in the process. He let out a small laugh as he reached for his flail hanging off his side belt. "With pleasure M'lord. I'll see what that worms got on the inside." lifting up a clawed thumb nail and tracing it across his neck. He then began to slowly desend the stairs, hearing the sounds of battle a long ways down. The stairway was quite big, being roughly five feet across, giving him plenty of space for reach, letting his flail swing easily from side to side. He thought about what Lord Herrick had said and thought to take his advice. As he closed his eyes in concentration, his thoughts focused on the shadow demons. Then from the shadowy areas of the torchlight, they began to sprout from everywhere. Bel pointed a clawed finger down the spiral staircase, towards the sounds of battle and they raced down after it, creeping through the shadows and such, passing over the stairs as their formless bodies moved down them. Bel slowly walking behind them.

Tarin heard them before he saw them; shadow demons, skittering around corners and walls, trying to pretend they were normal shadows cast by the flickering torch-light. If you wern't looking directly at them they would slide along the walls, Flitting across open light with no object casting them. Though their smell indistinguishable from regular shadows Tarin felt the eyes that would occaisonally be visible and staring at them waiting for the command to attck. this was obviously the work of Herrik or one of his best generals.
"Bliz," Tarin growled softly," we have company. Don't look or make sudden movements but there are shadow demons everywhere." He hoped that the watchers wouldn't understand the wolf tongue.
"My teeth and claws wont hurt them at all, it's up to you for ideas."
Suddenly Tarin made the wolf equivalent of banging your head against the wall. He felt like an idiot who just realized they were making things extra hard on themselves. Which, he supposed, was true. He did have one thing that, if not actually hurting the shadows, would annoy them and make it impossible to hit him. PLus it would be fun to beat them at their own game.
Tarin stepped back into one of the few remaining real shadows, noting the demonic ones tensing around him, unsure of what he was doing.
With a wolven smile on his lips, Tarin faded from view..

Keiz pressed his body up off the floor his body racked in pain, but it felt oddly powerful. Standing up Keiz stammered up the stair case, grabbing his chest burst of black lightening bursts off his body. A loud laught burst out of his mouth, grabbing the swords Keiz ran up the stair case, ending up behinde Tarin and Bliz.
"Well i'm back and better than ever whelps." Gazing apon the two friends with mallace. Tapping the two blades together black lightening starts to ripple off his body, radiating the new power given to him by lord Herrick. Extending his hands out Keiz starts to spin the melasma blades, and black lightening fills the stair well, blasting towards the two companions.

"Well i'm back and better than ever whelps." Kiez said.
Bliz heard the vamp's talk, but before that he heard his foot steps going up the several flights that had been traveled, and backflipped over the on coming attack and over the vamp then said, "Next time don't broadcast, Vamp." Bliz was not worried because he had seen vamps come back from the grave before, he needed a holy tool to kill the vamp for good. Bliz also knew that Herrick had to help the vamp before he was resurected. And on top of that the vamp could still bleed to death. The wounds would also play in affect to help him.
Bliz slashed at the vampire before the vampire could move. The slash was delivered towards the back. Right after attacking Bliz heard the sound of on coming shadow demons. At that time he saw Tarin disappear. Bliz shook his head and said, "Tsk, tsk, tsk. You have to have re-enforcements, pathetic. I mean I had one but not one that was nearly unkillable!"
<The shadow demons would be quit formitable unlike this vamp. Vamps are just pains in the asses, and a total waist of time.> thought Bliz. Bliz knew not of a way to kill a shadow demon but to stabbed it with a holy item. And Bliz then realized that vamps are weak against holy items also.
Bliz was thinking of getting on the railing of the staircase and sliding down so he could find a church or something so he could get holy items. He then remmembered that the inside of his armgaurd was plated with silver, the silver was to add to the multiple layers of folded metal to with stand bullets and other projectiles. If Bliz was given enough time he could remove the silver layer and melt it down to coat his sword. If he did so he would be able to slay the vamp for the rest of excistance.
Bliz's eyes were getting brighter, but not near as bright as before. He was now multitasking, fighting and concentraiting. He was concentraiting on removeing the silver, removing it with carefull melts in it, and then melting thslab of silver down.it was a carefull process which he was doing quit well at. Bliz kept swing his masumune at the same speed as before.

Bel stepped down the stairway after the shadow demons. He just came around the corner to see Keiz and Bliz in combat. He quickly sent half the demons at Bliz. The rest stayed floating around Bel, but from out of the pack one shadow demon raised and solified. He was tracking the wolf with his scent. Only being able to do so in solid form. Just because the wolf was stalking in the shadows, doesn't mean he cannot be smelt. Bel raised his flail readying if the wolf or half breed tried to do something to the tracking demon. The wolf not wanting to give away his possition and become surrounded by shadows, and the half breed seemed too intangled with Keiz do try anything else. For if he did Keiz would surely caught him while his guard was elsewhere.

((Edwind, have your friend delete his post eventually, it's flamming. Second, I agree with Edwind's points, Arith, if you're going to try and melt something and fight at the same time, you MUST be very specific of every little thing your body does, because as Edwind pointed out again, it's nearly impossible for even Herrick, who's supposed to be the most powerful, to take off armor, melt it, coat his weapons with it, and fight all at the same time, which is what you're doing. Lastly, I'm afraid I can't take sides, Advent, if you had said your lightening filled the whole width of the stair well and moved at very fast speeds, it's highly unlikly arith could have dodged it. You two, and everyone for that matter needs to be MUCH more specific. NOW if I'm done having to sound like a frapping mentor, can you idiots just kill eachother's characters instead of harrassing eachother. and if someone messes up, PM ME AND BE VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT IS WRONG, WHO DID IT, AND WHY IT'S WRONG.
and get rid of the oocs guys who made them in these last two posts.

ooc ok explain to me how Bliz can handle silver he's a wolf demon..... demon hurt by sliver... way to go you can't use reason.
Keiz teleported and floated behind Bliz making sure not to make a sound Keiz quickly swung both blades at the WOLF DEMON. His seed was already amazing but because of the new powers given to him by Herrick, the attacks came so fast that his arms appeared to not even move. Keiz followed the attacks with a serries of blinding fast kicks. Will floating Keiz circled Bliz making several copies of him self, and making it impossible for the WOLF DEMON to counter attack effectivly. All the copies took a defensive stance, concealing Keiz even more. Keiz prepared to counter attack on the bliz attack. He learned the his fighting style and know would be easly able to defeat this minimal challange.
All with all of his clones Keiz knew this battle was over, what Bliz would never expect is they were all solid clones each as powerful as Kiez. They would easily out class the much weaker Bliz.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Caldur woke up dazed and shackled to a wall. Gliphs were carved into the shackles preventing him from using his powers. Damn he though to him self as he dangled against the wall. Although Caldur couldn't use his powers, everytime he closed his eyes and tried to rest he saw the unearthly flames of the phoenix.
Tears of blood began to drip from Caldurs eyes. Ast the touched the ground they burst into flames. Looking over he saw that he wasn't alone. Trying so speak only muffled words came out. Nothing was loud enough to possibly travel to the other prisoners.

"Why are there a blood bath upstairs?"
A shadowy figure opens the huge doors slamming it behind her now entering into the dark dim room. The only thing lighted in the room was her blonde almost white hair and her pale skin. She wears a black and red dress with an attached bustier(http://www.anniescostumes.com/16373.jpg) and has on a black hooded cloak that is being dragged behind her. Yomei stops a couple of feet away from Herrick; a long enough distance for his eyes to meet her violet eyes that were hidden under the hood. She glanced over at the unconcious Kali as she knelt before her master, left hand and knee on the dead, cold, marbled floor.
Yomei is a vampire who has been enslaved by Herrick as long as she can remember. You can say she's special compared to his other minons. She has an orb she keeps with her that sees the past, present, and future. It's also known to have cause illusions which is used for an attack. Yomei doesn't have as much powers as the others, but she didn't need it.
Yomei's eye shifted left and right of the room, remodeling it in her mind as for normally she wasn't allowed to come in. From what she thought, it must of been one of those occasions.
"Permission to speak, sir?"

Herrick left Keiz to his own devises and slid back up through the floor the same as he had done to reach the room in the first place. His feet touched the floor lightly and brought him to his chair. As he passed his seeing mirror, he waived a hand over it to get a view of the battle at hand. A smirk played on his lips as he saw Keiz's handy work with the clones, and wondered if Bliz would be able to pull off another trick to keep himself alive.
Calapsing on the throne, Herrick felt slightly drained, and figured it had to do with so much power he'd given up between Bel and Keiz. Most of it had been reseraves given up by his father at his death, but it still weakened him. Knowing he had little time left to spare, and knowing he'd have a hell of a time dealing with Bliz if he got past his men, his eyes slid to Kali. She lay still on the floor where he'd left her, one hand wrapped around the pendant of the necklace that bound her to the palace. Her eyes were closed and he couldn't tell for sure if she were asleep, or just pretending. Before his mind could be made up, the door opened and slammed, causing Herrick to jump. He really needed to put the rest of his plans into action, soon.
Sighing he nodded towards Yomei as she knelt before him. The cautious movements of the vampiriss amused him a bit as she spoke. he couldn't care less if Yomei insulted him straight out, he'd never kill her, she was too important to kill. "Speak Yomei."

Yomei didn't move from her position. Instead, she looked over at Kali and questioned, "What is going on? No one sent for me and I've seen that many has fallen. Surely you in need of me now?" After that she had kept her silence trying to study his next move as seen before her the man she kneels and front of is a man of bad temper. Asking so many questions is something he doesn't like his minons to do, but Yomei isn't a minon. She's a slave to the heir. Everywhere he set foot she was sure to go. She followed his lead and was careful not to step out of line. For disobeying him before, she was locked in a tower without blood for a whole week. Let that be a lesson to her.
Yomei then stood keeping her hands in front for hm to see that there's nothing funny she'd be up to. She assumes that at a time like this everyone and anyone could be against him and it may make him paraniod. You'd never know.
She tried her best not to look at Kali laid out on the floor carelessly. "One last question, who is she?" At this, Yomei flinched a little expecting some sort of rage.

Herrick smiled at Yomei's little movements and flinches, despite his situation. She always was over cautious with that lingering curiosity that she tried her best to control. He shrugged at her last question and proceeded to answer her words. "I never cared to ask for her name, and she has a special little gift that makes her uiniques, and more useful than every demon alive. And I didn't bother to call you, because I expected Keiz and Bel to take care of things!" He felt annoied suddenly that she dared to question his ability to decide whether or not she was needed. "They can handle there own." He muttered, "And I have more important things for you than a trivial battle. I need you strong, not injured and bleeding. Leave the battles for the brute ones, leave the spell casting to yourself." He told her simply.
Getting to his feet again, he crossed the floor to Kali and knelt on one knee beside her. Her skin recoiled from his touch as he stroked her cheek with one finger. "Don't be so afraid my love," Kali growled low at this coment, her eyes flashing open to glare at him. Herrick smirked. "I'm not going to hurt you just yet. Not untill two of my little friends get back anyway." He chuckled softly. He lowered his hand from her cheek to the necklace he'd given her and fingered the pendant she'd released. Her fingers curled into fists on the floor, a testament to the hatred she felt for him. Herrick smiled lightly and fingered the blood stone with his thumb.

Yomei flinched once again once Herrick words went from calm and collected to impatient. Though a little shook, she decided to try his patience even more. She glanced over to Herrick moving towards the passed out girl on the floor and toy with her. It brought back memories of how they met.
"Then what do you want me to do? Seems like you're handling everything on your own. Shall I proceed elsewhere or do you want me to stare at you with nothing else to do. I grow bored of my cell, master, where do I come in on the action?"
She stood still and held her head down waiting for it to come. It isn't normal for Yomei to try and piss Herrick off, but after of days of doing nothing she had nothing better else to do.

"Then what do you want me to do? Seems like you're handling everything on your own. Shall I proceed elsewhere or do you want me to stare at you with nothing else to do. I grow bored of my cell, master, where do I come in on the action?"
The low growl that vibrated off his voice box sent Kali to the wall quivering in a fear she didn't appreciate. Was he angry at her for giving him a quiet attitude, or the vampire girl for questioning him? Her answer came quickly enough. Herrick turned sharply on Yomei with his dark eyes glowing with emotion any slave with enough brains would run from. He grabbed her by the front of her clothing with both hands and slammed her into the wall with a force that sent a spiderweb of thin lines into the very stone.
"You come IN, when I tell you to!" His voice weaved through a quiet calm as he struggled to control his aggression. "You are my slave Yomei, and you will obey me. I don't care if you're board or if you're anything. Obey me and there's reward, piss me off, and there's punishment. That should be simple shouldn't it, to obey my words? So why is it so hard for you to do that?"
He threw her to the floor next into Kali who caught her instinctively and flinched, lowering her gaze to the floor quickly before he could find fault to attack her. "I have a plan for the both of you yet Yomei, and I won't be bothered by your indiscretion before then. You'll have your chance to prove your worth soon enough, but until then, be as bored as comes, I could care less." He moved away from her and returned to his throne where he collapsed, closing his eyes for a moment. Yomei annoyed him some days. perhaps it was that he gave her so much leeway all the time, that she continued to question why he held her in the side lines. But she was far too precious to let death come, he had to protect her, for reasons far beyond what he could risk speaking to her.

Yomei got up slowly grabbing hold of her sides. 'How dare he?!' She thought to herself. Picking herself off the ground fully she made way to the door. She shot a sharp glance at Herrick sitting at his throne and growled at him.
---
Yomei went into her cell room and headed straight for the darkest corner in the room. She curled herself up in the corner and moaned as if she was dying. Though a fast healer she remembers every hit Herrick ever efflict upon her. It was like yesturday the greatest hits he ever placed on her fragile body.
----
Yomei walked through the forest leaving snow tracks behind her. It was cold and brutal night and the hour was steadily turning to 1AM. Yomei has just finished feed on an unsuspecting couple who were lost in the forest. She wiped of the remaining blood from around her pale lips and licked her teeth. The wind's echoes blessed through the trees as Yomei stood still sniffing the air.
"Yomei." A voice interrupts the quiet breeze. Yomei searches the branches left and right but there was nothing there. She started to walk from her mark hastily. The voice called her name again and she started to run. The exit of the forest was just a couple of yards ahead and Yomei could see it but something flashed before her eyes that caused her to take a hault. A huge figure jumped in front of her and it had a scent of a vampire, but not all of it was a vampire.
Without warning the figure drew fists and struck down on Yomei. Luckily she was quick to duck it. The fighting began. Whoever the figure was it wanted her down, and she did good for a while but she tired easily from a battle she had earlier. The figure tripped her and in mid-air it struck hard on her abdomen making her cough up a little blood.
Yomei hit the snowy ground hard. She turned and crawled away a little until she was struck in the back of her neck with something not known to her. She then realizes that she cannot move. It explained to her that she was temporarly paralyzed for an hour and that somehow she belong to it. A whip or something struck her back causing her to let out a small yelp. Try as she might, she still couldn't move, so she closed her eyes...

((Kick my ass if you want but I'm irritated with you guys when you had a weekend and longer to post at least SOMETHING...))
Herrick's annoyence gave way as Kali crawled to the farthest part of the room from him. "Why must they take so long on two measly imbasiles?" Growling low he glanced toward his mirror again. The battle still resided in a stalemate, and Herrick didn't have time to deal with waiting any longer. He needed to move his plans along, and soon! Rising to his feet he crossed the floor and barged through the doors and down the stairs to meet the battle. He'd have to finish things off on his own.
On the stairs just above Bel, he drew his arms across his chest and called out a sheild from his aura that surrounded every inch of him. His eyes fell upon the strokes of Bliz's masumune and he wrapped his mental grasp around it. With a single thought he froze the weapon in air during mid swing. The speed of Bliz's movements and the sudden stop of the weapon easily ripped it free from his grasp. Before he could retaliate, Herrick crushed the masumune with his mind and let its remnents fall the the stairs.
He called out the Shadow Demons next and sent them spiraling down the stairs to glide through and draw away some of his two opponent's energy, enough to slow them down or even force them to their knees. He raised his hands up and wrapped his mind around each of their bodies. With one good mental push, he threw them head over heals tumbling down the 40 or so flights of stairs they'd come. If they were lucky, they MIGHT not get cut up by the weapons of the some one hundred demons they'd killed on their way up here, but no creature could survive a fall without breaking at least an arm or leg. "Let them try and stop..." He hissed between his teeth and strolled calmly down the stairs after them, to make sure they deed was done. "Bel, Keiz, come." He ordered his two men.
~~~
Evin sighed and slid his eyes closed, trying his hardest to access his powers, despite the lack of scrolls. He hated how useless he felt without them, how little he had to fight with. The only thing they'd failed to retrieve, was a simple dagger he'd strapped to the shin of his right leg. Sliding it out now, he toyed with it for a while, pondering what good it might do him now. A soft muffle caught his ears suddenly, faint, but there. "Saiak?" He called softly, listening hard. Nothing. Looking around he perred throug hthe only wall that wasn't pure stone. Caldur, the sorcerer that had offered them his tower as a safe heaven, hung against the wall, looking half dead. "You alive in there?" Evin asked, crawling closer to the wall. He felt a faint hope that the man might know something about Saiak's where abouts, if he heard or seen herim any way.
